6 high-risk items still need review
"Guaranteed to remove wrinkles" → Remove: results vary per client
"Permanent fat removal" → Replace with: "long-lasting results"
"Cures acne" → Replace with: "may help reduce the appearance of..."
"100% risk-free treatment" → All medical treatments carry some risk
"Treats depression" or "Heals damaged nerves" — must be reviewed by a licensed provider
Every service page should include a consultation disclaimer
Include your license type and supervising physician if applicable
Required by law if you collect any client data or use a booking form
Recommended for all medical-adjacent services
If you collect health information, HIPAA notice may be required
Add: "Individual results may vary." near reviews
Consider adding: "Services available to clients 18 and older"
Example: "Not recommended during pregnancy. Consultation required."
